Joan Miró is one of the maximum representatives of the surrealism. This inhabitant of Barcelona, known all over the world by his work, was a complete artist (painter, sculptor, engraver and ceramist). His foundation in Barcelona opened its doors in 1975 and you can find a wide range of his work from 1914. Today, this gallery allows of spreading the modern art in all its slopes. It is because of it that recently the foundation has been declared museum of national interest by the importance of its heritage.
